Please read the following before booking your Christmas Mini Session with Cassie J Photography. By booking and paying the session deposit, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Session & Payment

Christmas Mini Sessions are offered on limited dates and times.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session.

Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Session Time

Christmas Mini Sessions run on a strict schedule with sessions booked back-to-back.

Please arrive ready for your session at your booked time. If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the originally scheduled end time.

If you are more than 5 minutes late, there may not be enough time to complete your session.

Rescheduling & Illness

If you are unable to attend due to illness or another reasonable circumstance, please contact Cassie J Photography as soon as possible.

Where availability allows, an alternative Christmas Mini session time or date may be offered, however rescheduling cannot be guaranteed.

If Cassie J Photography is unable to provide your session and a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, payments relating to the session will be refunded.

Your Collection

Classic and Fun Christmas Minis include:

• 15-minute studio session

• 8 edited digital images

• Private online proof gallery

• Option to upgrade to the complete edited gallery for $130

Fur Baby Christmas Minis include:

• 20-minute studio session

• 8 edited digital images

• Private online proof gallery

• Option to upgrade to the complete edited gallery for $130

The final number of images shown in your proof gallery will vary. Only photographs that meet Cassie J Photography's professional and artistic standards will be included.

Image Selection & Delivery

Your proof gallery will be delivered approximately one week after your session.

You will choose your 8 included images from this gallery, or you may purchase the complete edited gallery upgrade for $130.

Digital images are supplied through your online gallery. Clients are responsible for downloading and safely backing up their purchased photographs.

Families & Participants

Christmas Mini Sessions are for immediate family only.

If you would like photographs with cousins, grandparents, friends or multiple family groups, please contact Cassie J Photography before booking. Two back-to-back sessions may be required.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children throughout the session.

Fur Baby sessions include up to 2 dogs. Please contact Cassie J Photography before booking if you would like to include more than two.

Photography & Editing

By booking, you acknowledge that you have viewed Cassie J Photography's work and are booking based on the photographic and editing style shown.

Cassie J Photography retains creative control over posing, lighting, composition, image selection and editing.

RAW files and unedited images are not supplied.

Copyright & Personal Use

Copyright in all photographs remains with Cassie J Photography.

Purchased digital images are supplied for personal use and may be printed and shared online. Images may not be sold or used commercially without written permission.

Image Sharing

You will be asked during the booking process whether Cassie J Photography may use photographs from your session for portfolio, website, social media, advertising and promotional purposes.

Your choice will be respected and will not affect your session.

Agreement

By completing your booking and paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Christmas Mini Session Terms & Conditions.
